In today’s workout members should aim to hold a consistent pace on the ski in order to be able to pick the dumbbells up quickly off the machine. The ski  is a great place to recover and set a consistent pace between our rounds of squats and pull-ups. As the rounds decrease each set through, your effort and cycle rate should increase.
