A. EMOM x 18
1: 5 BB seated strict press
2: 7 BB supine grip bent over rows
3: 9 strict t2b or t2r

B. 10 min ladder
3-6-9-12-15-18-…etc. *
Wallballs @20/30#
*30 DU after each round

Workout Intentions: Part A is a strength portion, with the goal of maintaining weights and variations for all 6 rounds. The last rep of each movement should be challenging. Add a tempo to the T2B if the challenge is needed

For Part B, ensure transitions are quick. A good goal is unbroken for the round of 12, and at 15 you may start breaking up reps. Skipping should be quick and smooth.
