30 min EMOM (6 rounds) @35/50# , 20/24″
min 1: 6-8 DB burpee step overs
min 2: 60 DU
min 3: 16 DB snatch
min 4: 14 box jumps
min 5: 12 DB front squats
Workout Intentions/Notes: This is a long EMOM that is meant to challenge you. Reps can be adjusted for each athlete. You want to get about 20 seconds of rest per minute. The goal is to sustain your reps for all 30 minutes. If you manage to make it through 5 rounds, and that final round through is super challenging, you have chosen good weights/reps!
