Workout Notes: Part A and B are the same format. Work for 4 minutes, rest for 2 minutes, repeat for 3 sets. Reps are intentionally small so you can keep them unbroken and keep intensity high during your working periods. Pick up where you leave off and give one score of total rounds + reps for A, and one score for B. Set up your equipment close together to limit transition time. Half the class can start on B first if classes are big and there is not enough bikes/ski ergs.
