Strict press: max reps @ 80% of heaviest successful 1RM completed in part A.

On the 1:30 x 10 Rounds:
10-1 Dumbbell Hang Clean & Jerks
Max Calorie Bike Erg ‍

Dumbbells 35/50# +/- (choose a weight you can go unbroken with for your sets of 10 – 9 – 8 etc)

In part A. take time building to your 1RM strict press with a barbell. If you DO NOT have a good front rack position, perform part A & B with dumbbells. Part B will be a max set of strict press at 80% of your 1RM achieved from today.

Part B will be on a 1:30 clock. At the top of each round, perform the set number of reps THEN jump onto the ECHO bike for the remainder of that 90 seconds for max kcal. Pace yourself accordingly and make sure as this is 15 minutes of non stop work. You DB hang C&J should be unbroken for all sets. DO NOT RESET your machines as your score will be the total number of calories completed at the end of all 10 rounds.
