Friday 10-09-2020 Workout Of the Day

A. 5 sets:
5 Deadlifts
5 chinups

B. 3:00 work/2:00 rest x 4
21 box jump overs
21 OH KBS @35/50#
then AMRAP goblet squats in time remaining

Workout Notes/Intentions: Build to a challenging but technically-sound set of 5 deadlifts for the day. Perform 5 chinups between each set, adding weight if possible. Sit down and rest betweens sets. 

For Part B, the box jumps overs and KBS are a buy-in. Remaining time is spent on goblet squats, accumulating as many as possible. Repeat for a total of 4 times. Score each round is goblet squats. You should get about a minute on squats.
