A. E90s x 8 sets
1 snatch pull + 1 squat snatch + 1 OHS
B. For time:@65/95#

Workout Notes/Intentions: You will build to a challenging set for Part A before beginning your working sets as a class. The pull and squat snatch are from the ground if possible; newer athletes can go from the hang. You will perform an additional OH squat after the squat snatch (for a total of 2 OHS).
Part B is a short metcon, meant to be done at a light weight. Your set of 21 squats should be doable in 1-3 sets. The t2b will likely be broken up more than the squats. After the 21 squats and t2b, you do 50 DU or 100 single skips. The round of 9 should be unbroken for both movements if possible. Workout finishes with 50 DU.
