E3M 5 Back Squats

On a three minute clock perform five back squats. Find a challenging five reps before starting your squats and continue to build through if possible. You’re only doing five back squats during the three minute round so go heavy while maintaining good form.

50 Double Unders or 100 Single Unders
10 C2B Pull Ups
10 BB Back Squat Jumps

Five rounds of FUN!!! Pick a weight you can go unbroken with and can easily clean from the ground and pop onto your back under fatigue. This workout has a 13 min time cap so don’t stop to pick dandelions.
