30 DU + max lunges

C. EMOM X10 
5 cals + max burpees

Workout Notes/Intentions: today’s workout is 3 x 10 min EMOMs. At the top of each minute you buy in with a set number of the first exercise. For example 30 DU. Whatever time is left you will perform lunges (bodyweight, DB’s, KB’s, BB, jumping, etc). Pick up on number of lunges each round. Score for the entire EMOM is your total lunges. This style is consistent for all 3 EMOM’s. T2b can be subbed for HLR or dragon flags.
