We’re going up from last week. Same amount of rest and one less rep…
*Newer members will perform 5×5 on a three minute clock.

20 Wall Balls
15 Push Ups
10 Shuttle Runs
5 DB Body Builders

Short and sweet. This workout is only three rounds so push the pace. Shuttle runs will be from one wall to the other. One wall to the other = 1 length. Check out the attachment for the movement “body builder” It’s a great full body exercise with a handful off movements incorporated into it. Have fun!
