GYM NEWS: If you haven’t heard, the word on the street is that Starke is reopening Monday for in person classes. Micaela is working to fill the schedule and answer emails for reactivation of memberships so you can jump back on the Starke Gain Train…

If you have equipment to drop off, please do so between 2 & 6pm on Friday or 10-1pm on Saturday. If you need it picked up please let us know and we can work something out.

We’r looking forward to having all of you back and can’t wait to see you in class SOON! If you have any issues signing up please show up and we’ll get your account figured out.

6-8 Strict Pull Ups (or bent over row) & 6-8 Strict Dips

Every 75 seconds perform 6-8 Pull ups and 6-8 Dips (rings, box, bench etc…) Quality over quantity here. You should be getting around 30-40 seconds of rest here.

B.
AMRAP – 12
10 Hang Power Cleans @65/95#
10 Box Jumps 20/24″
30 Double Unders 60 Singles or 20 Toe Taps

Part B. may be performed with a Barbell, DB’s or Kettlebells. You should be able to do unbroken sets for your hang power cleans with your chosen weight. Box jumps should be stood up at the top and double unders can be subbed for 60 single unders or 20 Toe Taps.
