12 deadlifts
9 hang power cleans
6 S2OH

Workout Notes/Intentions: You will complete todays 6 minute AMRAP 4 times, resting 3 minutes in between each. The buy-in is a 300m run, then you will spend the remaining time (for most this will be about 4-4:30) at your barbell doing DT. You do not need to be able to get through a round unbroken. Break it up strategically, such as 11 DL’s, 1 DL + 8 hpc, 1 hpc + 6 S2OH. We have done variations of DT many times, so it will be familiar to you. Score each AMRAP is your rounds + reps on DT. Try to be consistent each round!
