3 Hang Power Snatches or Squat Snatches

Perform three hang power or squat snatches depending on your level of mobility. Movement is more important than loading so make sure you look pretty before adding weight to the bar. If you’re not sure if you look pretty or not, ask a coach 😉

*Power & squat cleans may be performed if an overhead position isn’t possible.

10 Hang Power Snatches
10 Ring Dips
Cash Out 30/40 Kcal Ski

RX: 65/95#
Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 35/45#

Perform five rounds of the workout and after your fifth round, perform your 30/40kcal cash out. You should be able to do your hang snatches unbroken and ring dips in 1-2 sets.
