Find a challenging weight for part a. You’ll be hitting four different movements for 10 reps each on a 75 second clock. Aiming to get 30+/- seconds of rest each round is ideal.

Part B. is a little bike and body weight workouts. Movement s should be quick and consistent along with transitions on and off the bike.
