Monday 03-08-2021 Workout Of the Day
A. E90s x 10 sets, building (15 min)
1 power clean + 1 squat clean + 1 jerk
B. EMOM til failure
3 bar facing burpees +
*start @ 1 rep, add 1 rep each minute until failure
Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a lifting complex. You will perform one set 90 seconds. Build to a moderate weight before starting your sets, and continue building over your 10 sets.
Part B is an EMOM, that will end when you can no longer complete your reps in the minute you have. Start the top of each minute with 3 bar facing burpees and “x” amount of clean and jerks. Minute 1 will be 1 clean and jerk, and each minute you add a rep, keeping burpees at 3. Go until you can’t complete the clean and jerks in the time you have.
