Todays workout will be a sweaty grind but by the end of it you’ll find the “Honey Pot”. Pick your method available for the cardio portion. It should take you in and around 60-75 seconds to complete. Perfroming this workout at 35/50# would be a good challenge but if you want it to be smooth with consistent movement 30/40# would be a good choice.
