GYM NEWS:

Hey everyone,

We’ve got some schedule changes this week so please read below to see if affects the classes you come to and please make changes accordingly.

  1. Tomorrow is our last visit from West St Paul middle school from 9-11am so the 9:30am class is moved to 11:15am and there is no open gym in the morning from 10:30-12:00.
  2. There will be no 5:30pm class on Friday, May 3rd to allow us to prepare the gym for Power On The Prairies (May 4th and 5th)
  3. There will be no classes Saturday, May 4th and Sunday, May 5th to accommodate for Power On The Prairies

If you have some time to volunteer next weekend please let us know. Any help is appreciated to assist us in putting on a great event and showing off our sweet box!

Today’s workout should be done at a slightly lighter weight than your typical DB weight in an AMRAP. This will allow us to get a little more volume in and take fewer breaks. Your first AMRAP will allow you to get an idea of what kind of work you can get done with the weight you’ve chosen in the ladder. Rounds two and three will challenge you to get those numbers up with less time. Choose your weight wisely…
