We hope that this will be our last virtual holiday WOD as the weather is getting nicer and we should be able to do future workouts outdoors even if they can’t one done in the gym. For now lets make the best of the situation and do the best we can with what we have…

10 T2B or Mod Dragon Flags
10 Hang Power Cleans
10 Box Jump Overs
*Every five minutes perform a 200m run as part of a “Fire drill”. This should take approximately 60 – 90 seconds. We’ll let you know when to run 🙂
