Workout Notes/Intentions: Today we have 3 AMRAP’s, each 7 minutes in length. Reps are intentionally low so you will be able to cycle through several rounds. Goblet squats should be quick and straight through. For the second AMRAP, perform your pushups directly under your pullup bar so you don’t waste any time transitioning. Reps should be unbroken for most of the workout. If you cannot perform 7 pullups and 7 pushups unbroken, choose a variation that allows you to. Effort on the row should be hard, as the calories are very low. You should be able to get through about 1 round a minute in all AMRAPs; many of you will likely be quicker than a minute per round.
