Workout Notes/Intentions: For Part A, you will clean the barbell from the ground and pop it onto your back. Ensure you are actively pulling the barbell onto your upper back/shoulders during the squats so that the bar is not crashing onto your neck every rep. The goal is to get through all 10 reps without stopping and resting at the top or bottom of the rep. Chin-ups will be performed strict, with a tempo.

For Part B, KBS should be overhead for those that can.  Reps go down on the first portion, and back up on the second portion. KBS should be unbroken for all sets, and box jumps should be quick. This workout is not meant to be long. It should be light and quick.
