A.
E90 – 5
2 High Hang Power Snatches or Squat Snatches

B.
E2M – 5
2 Mid Hang Snatches (1 Power + 1 Squat (if possible)).

C.
E2:30 – 5
2 Snatches from the ground (1 Power + 1 Squat)

Today’s workout will have a major focus on the snatch. You’ll be pulling from three positions. The high hang, the mid hang and the ground. The high hang option should force you to use your legs and speed under the bar when done correctly. The mid hang will allow for a little more range of motion and opportunity to gain more momentum on the way up before pulling yourself under the bar. Pulling from the ground will allow for the maximum amount of momentum and range of motion because the pull has more distance to travel BUT there’s also more that can go wrong with it. Focus on each segment and make sure to create tension in the body before initiating your drive with the legs and your pull.

Balls N’ Bikes
50 Wall Balls + Max KCAL ECHO with remaining time.

Short, sweet and simple but for sure not easy. Finish your 50 wall balls then bang out as many wall balls with the remaining time on the clock. This is a short workout so intensity should be HIGH!!!
