Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a snatch complex. The pull and snatch will be from the floor if possible. Snatch can be power or squat. Build before starting your sets, and feel free to build over your sets as well. Sit and rest between.

Part B is a longer AMRAP. Try to go unbroken on the hang snatches and cycle the bar efficiently. Ring dips can be kipping or any variation of dips. Reps are low so transitions should be quick.
