EMOM x 30 min (6 rounds)
1: 18/14 cal bike
2: 12 t2b
3: 10 burpee box jump overs @20/24”
4: 5 power C&J @125/185# (or challenging weight)
5: REST

The reps are meant to be challenging and slightly above your usual EMOM reps because you have an entire minute off in the 5th minute. If the Clean and Jerks take you almost entire minute that is okay because you get 60 seconds of rest next. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to do fairly consistent singles.

*Newer athletes can sub KB C&J and do higher reps/less weight
