EMOM x 30 (5 rounds)
min 1: 6-8 devils press
min 2: 8-10 strict pull-ups
min 3: 10-12 weighted step overs
min 4: 12-14 HSPU/pike push-up/S2OH
min 5: max cals
min 6: rest

Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s WOD is a 30 min DMOM- you will end up going through 5 times total. Use the first round to gauge your reps, and then be consistent for the remainder of the workout. The reps you hit in round 1 should be the same (or more!) in round 5. The step overs should be weighted with DB’s or KB’s at your side. Modify movements as needed and based on equipment- use 2 bells where possible. The Max cals are for the entire minute, as you get the 6th minute as rest. Go hard on those machines (or ropes/stairs/burpees/etc)
