Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat
Perform the above complex in a 2:30 window. Members will have a chance to build to a challenging starting weight and continue to build or maintain through your seven sets. Movement is always more important than the weight you’re using.

Today’s workout is a little pyramid with cleans & the ECHO bike. Pace yourself accordingly as the workout starts on the second round of 15 🙂
