Minute 2. 50 Double Unders/ Single Skips

Minute 3. 12 Kettlebell OH lunges

Minute 4. Row 200m/250m

*For the kettlebell OH lunges use the same weight for snatches. Pick one side and lock the kettlebell out overhead, perform 6 single leg back lunges then switch sides. Note: If the kettlebell is in your right hand, you should be standing on your right leg.
