TNG Power Clean or Clean
Build to a heavy power clean for five reps finishing with a squat clean for at least your final rep of each set. As the rounds go on and the reps decrease weight. Newer members, perform your cleans from the hang position.
5 RFT (16 min time cap)
3 Power Cleans
4 Front Squats
5 Strict HSPU or Strict KB Press
7 Bar Facing Burpees
8/10 Kcal ECHO
