Clean (3/4 bodyweight multiply your body weight in pounds by .75). This can be a power or squat clean but a squat clean is going to be a hell of a lot harder 🙂
Use three separate barbells and share if possible!
This benchmark workout contains a high volume of moderate-load weightlifting. Reduce the loads and/or eliminate some of the early rounds to decrease the total volume.
