1 Supine rope climb or 1 seated yoke sled lat pull down

Notes: This is a grind, weights should be challenging and a little out of your comfort zone. Use the same dumbbell for your snatch and push press. Try and use the bike at least once or twice for your calories. Alternate between the Supine rope climb and the last pull down each round if you can.
