Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s WOD is a take on the benchmark “Fight Gone Bad”, except instead of 3 rounds, it’s 6! Try to make transitions as quick as possible because there is no transition time between movements. Count total reps for one full round through (for a total of 6 scores). You may change the order to allow for spacing at wallballs if needed. Everything else can be done in your box.
