Happy Friday everyone. Hopefully you’ve had a good and productive week of isolation and in-home workouts. We’ve been hard at work coming up with ways to help Starke members stay fit and healthy, stay connected, maintain good habits and a consistent schedule. Taking care of ourselves during this time is extremely important and we’ve been fortunate to talk to a lot of members in person, on the phone and even face to face calls over the past couple weeks.
Next week we will be starting Zoom classes for three different time slots each day during the week. We’ll still be coming up with constantly varied in-home workouts and provide coaching and modifications for participants just like you’d expect in a group class here at Starke. We’ll be sending out a group email in the next day to fill you in a little more but form what we’re hearing, this is a big step in the right direction to offer support, consistency and accountability. The workouts will be similar to what’s been posted over the past couple weeks if you’ve been following along on the Blog or Social Media with limited equipment and maximal return on time invested.
