150 power cleans
150 wallballs
150 pullups
150 S2OH
150 cal ski
150 back rack lunges
150 anchored situps
150 cal C2 bike
150 floor press
150 bar facing burpees
*E6:00 until completion, run 400m together
Workout Notes: Today is a long partner chipper. You can complete the movements in any order, but you have to do all 150 reps of the exercise before moving onto another one. Every 6 minutes, both partners will run 400m together. Come back in and pickup wherever you left off. Have fun!
