Today’s workout is a partner workout that can be modified for all levels. Anytime you see something more technical in a workout, don’t let that worry you. Coaches are here to help get you the best modification possible if you don’t yet have that movement. When partnering up for a workout like todays, you DON’T need to both have the same skillset and ability. Each person should be working to the best of their abilities even if the movements and weights are different. The level of communication should still be seamless.
