50 back rack step ups @65/95#, 20/24”
50 burpees

Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s WOD is a long chipper in teams of 2. Decide before the workout begins if you will be tackling 3 rounds or 4 rounds, do not change your mind mid-workout! If you know you move a bit slower or you aren’t feeling great today, opt for 3 rounds. If you and your partner are feeling good and want to take on 4 rounds, choose than option. Barbell weight is the same for C&J’s and step ups. C&J’s are from the ground. Break up the work however you want.
