Happy Saturday everyone! Today’s workout is a spin-off the “300” workout and will be modified for limited weight. If you have a barbell available to you and want to hit this at the prescribed weight it’s 95/135#
I’ll add the modified movements below as needed. Have fun 🙂

The 300ish workout

Solo Option (for time)
25 Pull-ups / Ring Rows / Body Rows
50 DL @ 135 or Kettlebell / DB Swings @ 50 +/-
50 Push-Ups
50 Box Jumps 24″ Box / Tuck Jumps
50 Floor Wipers (both sides is 1 repetition). Typically you’d use a barbell but this can be done with double bells or hands on a solid object.
50 Single arm C&P 35/50lb KB or DB (25/arm)
25 Front Squats (BB) or Goblet Squats)

Partner Option (AMRAP – 30) @ 95/135#
50 Pull-ups / Ring Rows / Body Rows
