50 Pull Ups
50 BB Alternating Back Rack Lunges
50 Box Over Burpees
50 BB Power Cleans (GND)
Cash Out 50 Kcal Ski

RX: 65/95#
Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 45/55# +/-

Alternate working partners to complete this workout in the time cap. Pick weights you can move quickly and consistently with. If you can hold a 6 second pace per rep or faster, you’ll finish this workout and defuse the “ticking time bomb” 🙂
