Gym News:
If you’re coming in for the open workout tomorrow afternoon please be there for the briefing at 12:30 where we will be going over the workout standards and strategies. We will be creating heats as usual and starting the first workouts at 1pm.

Men perform 115-lb. OHS, 50-lb. DB snatches
Womne perform 80-lb. OHS, 35-lb. DB snatches
