Today’s workout is a modified Hero WOD. Instead of running we’ll be rowing. Choose methods that are measurable and repeatable with your pull ups and push ups. If you’re using a band for pull ups, perform a one second pause at the top and bottom of each pullup. Bench and box push ups are allowed and are not required to be hand release.
