“Pump Town Express”
40 Wall Balls 14/20 +/-
40 Pull Ups / Ring Rows
40 BB Thrusters
40 T2B / HLR
40 Synchro Double Unders or Single Skips

RX: 65/95#
Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 43/55# +/-

* Caveat #1 ANYTIME you switch working partners, both teammates must perform five synchro push ups EXCEPT during double unders. If someone trips on the rope, both teammates perform five push ups… 🙂
** Caveat #2 Every five minutes perform a 30 Kcal ski with your Partner (5, 10, 15, 10, 25 & 30 minute mark)
