10 Bar Over Burpees

10 Front Rack Lunges (forward or backwards)
400m Run

Today’s workout is going to be a longer AMRAP with a 400m run at the end of every round. Pace yourself if you’re doing this outdoors and adjust for the temperature. This workout can be done with a barbell, DB’s or Kettlebells and reps should be unbroken on the movements. If it feels heavy and you’ll need to break up your reps for the sets of ten, lower the weight slightly.
