“Whiplash”
10 Front Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Clean & Jerks
10 Pull Ups / Ring Rows / Bent Over Rows
10 Back Squat Jumps
10 T2B / HLR / Mod. Dragon Flags
10 Back Rack Back Lunges
10 Box Jump Overs

*Every five minutes perform 25 anchored sit ups then pick up where you left off

Today’s “fun” can be done with DB’s KB’s or a Barbell. Choose exercises that you may only need one break in the set of ten but ideally can go straight through if possible. Have a pair of DB’s or something ready ready for the 25 anchored sit ups every five minutes at the 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25 minute marks. Control those sit ups to avoid “Whiplash” 🙂
