Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a chipper, but you can break up the reps however you want, and in any order! You just need to complete 100 reps of each movement at some point- the order and the number of reps you do at a time is completely up to you! Use the same plate for the overhead lunges and the ground to overhead. Thrusters are with an empty barbell to allow you to hit big sets. The cals are 75 for ladies and 100 for guys. This workout is intended to be done solo.
