A. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Lungesters* @65/95#
*after each set of lungesters perform 10 bar facing burpees
*lungester=back lunge left + back lunge right + thruster (that is 1 rep)

B. 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Clean and Jerks*  @85/115#
*after each set of C&J perform a 200m row

Notes: The weight for part A should allow athletes to do the first few larger sets of reps (10, 9, 8) in no more than 2 sets. Newer athletes should scale the number of bar facing burpees to 6 or 8 reps.
The weight for part B should allow athletes to complete the first few larger sets of C&J in no more than 2-3 sets, aiming for unbroken sets in the last half of the workout (5-4-3-2-1).

Half the class can start on part B to ensure rower availability.
