6-8 Single Leg Back Lunge / Leg (not alternating)
10-15 Push Ups

Choose some weights and methods that will allow you 20-30 seconds recovery between each exercise.

B.
AMRAP – 6
“Candy Land”
10 Kcal ECHO Bike or Ski Erg
6 Bar Over Burpees

This workout should be fast and “FUN” the lower the time domain the more intense the workout push the pace and enjoy the sweetness of “Candy Land”
