12 Alternating DB Bench Press
6 Dbl KB Front Squats @ 31×1 (30 sec)
8 Ring Rows @2121 (48 sec)
12 Alternating KB or DB Shoulder Press
6-8 Split Stance Deadlift / Leg
6-8 Chin Ups @ 31×1 (30-40 sec)
