1. 6 Half Kneeling press / arm
2. 6-8 Split stance deadlifts / leg
3. 6-8 Single arm ring rows / arm
4. 6 Step ups / leg

B.
5 x 400/500M Row w. 60 sec recovery

Part A. is a little unilateral strength work. Choose appropriate weights and get reps on both sides of the body complete in the 75 second window for each exercise.

Part B. is all rowing! The goal is to maintain consistent row times though all five rounds knocking off one second each round if possible.
