Workout Notes: Part A is a 30 minute EMOM, 5 rounds through total. Two dumbbells will be used for all dumbbell movements. Scale the reps and weights as needed. Record cals each round on the whiteboard- aim for consistency across all 5 rounds!

Part B will be some (non-optional) core work!! Coaches will choose for their class.
