Workout Intentions/Notes: Pick a DB weight that will allow you to move consistently and go unbroken for basically the full 10 minutes. The goal here is to be able to work for the entire 10 minutes. Use the break from DB movements (i.e. pushups, DU’s and box jumps) to recover and be able to return to your DB and get to work immediately. DB movements don’t need to be fast, just smooth.
