Workout Notes: We are maxing out our back squat today! We have spent the past 8 weeks squatting once per week; 4 weeks of back squats and 4 weeks of front squats.Today we will find our 1RM and hopefully hit some PR’s! Coaches will take you through a thorough warmup leading up to your max effort lifts.
Part B is a couplet of back squat jumps and toes to bar. After the rounds of 21, 15 and 9 you will do a 300m run. Try to go unbroken on your back squat jumps.
