Workout Notes: Part A is an upper body piece focused on push movements. All three movements use similar muscle groups so you should feel muscular fatigue by the end of each round! Choose weights and variations that challenge you but allow you to do the reps unbroken.

Part B is a short couplet. Try to do the C&J’s unbroken and use the run as recovery. Your last run should be a hard finish!
